tech could rally for a day or two --- I don't think you are going to scare a bunch of shorts into covering unless it gets a lot more serious on the upside --- all the volume last week and so little movement up? It doesn't impress me ... why is everyone trying to pick a bounce spot. Safe way to play it is simply lighten up a little on days we are down hard and reload as we bounce ... Buy a few tech calls if you want, but it's a low percentage play, IMO -- I would just stay short old economy stuff
