This game is not rocket science, it's not at all that complicated. Some of the problems lie with individuals
that feel they MUST trade everyday, even when the market is basically crap. Amazes me how complicated some people make this. Follow the momo, when volume slows, and level II turns get out. Let the home run find you, don't look for the home run.

Greed, and some people making a lot of money in past bull markets had them change their lifestyles now they are finding out, ut oh, what am I going to do.

Each individual must cater their trading to their particular
situations. Some buy a stock, it goes down, they move it to a POS pile and let it sit there until it appreciates again, well, that's fine if that particular individual has enough capital and can afford it. Some buy a stock, the stock depreciates, they average down, well that's fine too if they have enough capital to afford it. Some buy a stock, it depreciates, they sell it and move on. ....NEXT.... The idea is to always keep the capital working. The free share issue IMO is some BS someone made up a long time ago. Now tell me, I have no cost shares, I let that cash sit there, and sit there, and sit there, it then depreciates, oh free shares. Well IMO it's better to take that cash and make it work for you, rather than have it depreciate or sit dead.

There is no one right trading strategy, each must decide what is right for them, and change their trading patterns as the market, the mm's, and volume dictate.
