The parables were not told in the presence of gentiles as you so falsely suppose. They were told in the presence of the Israelites. Jesus didn't take the message to the outside world during his 3 year ministry. Nevertheless it appears that some of the gentiles that heard him speak had far greater faith than most all the Israelites put together. Chris
