Sous ce nom de code se cache en fait une nouvelle version du Pentium IV : gravure 0,13 micron et socket 478. Le constructeur FIC présentait une préversion d'une carte mère Northwood qui ne comportait pas de chipset. Intel devrait en fournir des échantillons à partir du mois de mai et la carte pourrait être prête dès l'été.
