John, The Discount rate is 5%. Not too high? We are just deflating the Y2K balloon. I still want to know if someone pumped money into the system to buffer W2K and it ended up in the Nasdaq stocks. At the very least, all the computer upgrades going into W2K just pumped up a lot of companies and now the air is coming out. Jim
