Primo Podorieszach, C.E.O. of Anthony Clark International Insurance Brokers LLtd. is pleased to announce that the Company has been approved to list its shares on the Nasdaq OTC Bulletin Board. Trading is expected to commence on Monday, March 26, 2001.

Bulletin Board trading is welcome news for our U.S. investors, who were inconvenienced when trading had been limited to our listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Now that we are dually listed on the Nasdaq OTC Bulletin Board and the Toronto Stock Exchange, the Company will have more exposure for our present and future investors.
