robw: the sec and me

The sec will not respond. I emailed and called them about westergaard before they started any legal action against him. I sent them tons of evidence. So did at least 30 other people whom I know. They did nothing. The sec will not do anything unless you have an attorney contact them certified with written documents and follow up with a phone call or three. It also helps if you are rich and powerful with good contacts. They still won't do anything unless the company has money and they feel they can get a nice little fine out of them easily. You still have to just about do all of their work for them. They don't even know how to search message boards or do any real online research. You have to print out all evidence. They don't want links. No online audio reports just cassette tapes.

With the economy in the crapper right now, they are up to their ears in reports. Trust me, you'll just get the normal auto responder and that's it. I didn't even post anything worthy of an email besides the fact that I retracted one statement as I was mixing ppd up with astn. Westergaard defrauded people with ppd also. People have been reported for much worse and nothing happens. Everyone warned the SEC about Westergaard before he defrauded people of millions. They did nothing. They will now just slap him on the wrist in exchange for evidence against his clients I bet. The best way to combat online fraud is to post it on all the company's message boards. Great article in fool.com about this. This is the only way to keep others from being ripped off.
