A little fuel to the Italy speculation. At the annual meeting
I had a brief conversation with the NUKO attorney. As a
demonstration of how seriously the company was taking their
"restated" revenues problem, he had made a point of of saying that he had
been called back from meetings in Europe to deal with the issue.
I asked him if he had been in Italy when he received the call back
and he said yes.

I assume the lawyer gets involved when there is contract talk, but
who knows.
