Kevin I would be satisfied to see vouchers allowed for only those who are on the bottom half of the economic chain. "A mind is a terrible thing to waste". You didn't address my point that the people in charge of the public school system have shown no reason for us to belive that they are at all capable of doing anything positive. They have shown no reason to be allowed to remain in charge of the obvious changes that are needed. If vouchers accomplished only one thing and that were to remove the power of those incompetent morons who have taken the greatest education system in the world and utterly destroyed it, than vouchers would be great.
