Some Positive Things to consider:

1) New CFO. Who specializes in turn-around situations.
2) Rising lumber prices.
3) President, who is a proven leader at the helm.
4) Very Low price of the stock.
5) Strong statements in PR's which suggest they EXPECT to work out the problems.
6) Softwood Trade Agreement soon a thing of the past, which may open up markets in the US again.
7) Insiders still holding their stock.
8) Better weather coming soon.
9) Large number of shares migrated into larger holdings, stronger hands.
10) GMAC working with them closely.
11) Cost cutting measures now being implemented.
12) Probably leases, goodwill, accounts payable and labor contracts being renegotiated to more favorable terms.
13) The now have extra time to collect slow pay accounts receivable.
14) They have eliminated unprofitable divisions and are concentrating on their profitable sales.
