Look for 37-38 QQQ by 4/10
(Even if the market catches cold, expect 34-5 to be the mid term rock bottom)

IF QQQ does not fall below 39 by 4/9, then go long.

30% short(put) at 44, add 10% every 1pt up.

Stay on short side till 4/16. (long side s/b for day or two for a quick point).
After 16th, if the chart moves along the expected line, then start to go long.

DIA, stay on short side only for a while... Short on any strength.
Feel QQQ down is almost over, it might be DIA's time to get hair cut. 30% from here?
Hmmm that's 67 DIA...
