davidd, that was an excellent article, eh? Imo the authors opinion was that the K wave dis/deflationary down cycle ended in 98 with the Asia bust. I do not agree. In approximately 5 years world wide spending demographics will resemble those that currently exist in Japan. Ie. lots and lots of old people who will not spend money. In my view the K-Wave is nothing more than a lagged economic expression of birth/death cycles in large economies. I expect that when this bear has concluded we will see one last weak bull market launched on a sea of money - but then - THE DELUGE!
