I suspect many will get trapped at the top of the RE bubble as its deflation will lag the rest of the economic downturn yet people will continue to buy the dream.

My house, purchased 3 years ago, in a first tier (location wise, not price wise) suburb of Minneapolis has increased in value, literally, over 50%. Amazing.
