1. Keep track of the winners.

2. Each week, "sell" the stock whose value has declined most, replacing it with the new winner for the week.

3 In addition to showing the total value of the updated portfolio, keep track of the winnings/losses of those stocks "sold" as in 2. In that way, we shall see whether this is a way to make money long term.
