A couple of things about that email.

1.) What self-respecting company would use a Yahoo! email address?

2.) Why are there only a limited number of slots available if they are planning on putting 30KW generators on homes around the country?

3.) What happens when the price of gasoline goes up?

4.) How long will it take to recoup the purchase price of a 30KW generator?

I would rather have a solar home set up in such a way that it become a positive power producer, especially during peak time periods when people are at work and their home energy usage minimal.

That would be a feasible concept, although solar still has it's limitations (12 hours a day, susceptible to bad weather/clouds.. etc) and remains an expensive proposition.

Ron
