TG.................................. Not defending Bruss, but am defending the legal process. People aren't convicted in newspapers. People are convicted in courts of law. What is suspected and alleged has to be proven. Hopefully this case will be prosecuted so there is a trial record to review. This paragraph appears to be the crux of the matter... "...Bruss and others are suspected of then immediately transferring 800,000 shares of the stock to Canadian brokerage accounts Bruss either controlled or in some way influenced. Stock sales from these accounts netted nearly $7 million, of which Bruss profited an undisclosed portion, federal prosecutors allege...." How and were 800,000 shares transferred? How and did Bruss control accounts? What portion of the $7 mill did Bruss net? More importantly as this pertains to tsig, and a question I'm surprised you haven't asked, if these allegations are proven to be true, what if any portion of the $7 mil was used to finance General Search or tsig???????? Supposedly GS had $5 mill which it has since burnt through. Where did this $5 mill come from??????? Did Bruss disclose his legal problems to tsig? If tsig was aware of the full extent including the Canadian accounts, are tsig officials also complicit, since money may have been used (laundered) to fund tsig/GS operations? If tsig wasn't aware, can tsig jettison Bruss and his 45 mill shares? Just as you think the soap opera is coming to its conclusion, the plot twists and takes another turn... to make the stomach turn. z
