<<<He's either a lousy analyst or a big liar. >>> Not that I really care about this discussion, but your statement precludes the possibility that he could be both. For the sake of argument, I am willing to assume he is. Now What?

The fees on the SEC recently approved fee schedule haven't changed.

The SEC approval of the eVWAP trading system is still in tack.

Clearing firms are still with the system.

Industry professionals, who know a zillions more than I do have left positions with established companies to join this tiny company.

Revenue shares are picking up.

etc, etc, etc.

I am not trying to persuade you from your opinion, or argue with your articulation of it, just hope you can have some appreciation of why I don't share it. The examples I have mentioned I can see and they require no speculation or interpretation. btw, back after the SEC approval, I too thought the price would be higher than $30 now, which is probably why I need someone to lend me a hand:-).

Does anybody know anything about Stock Exchanges? I mean are SEC staff routinely on-site? Aside from formal communications such as rulemaking and comment letters, I was wondering if there were opportunities to have less formal communications.
