The question isn't how much of a subsidy we provide to farms, but how much of a subsidy we provide to worthless bureaucrats which dribble out a few pennies of each dollar we tax payers provide to help farmers!

I think we just have to chalk that up to fixed costs, some things will never change. Actually, they will change eventually, but it's probably not going to be a very happy time leading up to that.
