Its a good Theory but even lots of mutual funds got burned as well.
Still think were going to rally in April May but after that with what is going on world wide could create more selling pressure on the markets.I think the Bear Markets are here to stay for awhile like 2 years give or take a month or so.

PS Bearing certain sectors of the markets like Resource Stocks should perform.
