Roger, you noted: I just can't understand why the BOD and a major shareholder like Paul Allen can't figure it out, and try to do something about it.

My guess is that many of the smaller shareholders are waiting a bit longer to see what happens....If class actions really start, the only ---ONLY---only ones that make any money are the lawyers!!! And most of us know that.

However, it is also my guess that many smaller shareholders are waiting to see WHAT some of the larger shareholders like Vulcan Ventures, and some of the BOD do about this situation.

If it continues to be nothing....then it would also be my guess that there will be a grassroots group started....and major media contacted....After all, SI is an archive of records....and could be an invaluable resource. If somehow it disappears, then hopefully, enough of us, have been smart enough to copy articles ourselves into our own email, and keep those records, and thoughts, and insight, and articles....etc. If any past employees read any of the SI sites, perhaps they are doing this very thing as well....Who knows where we are going here.... But I venture to guess again, that most of us know instinctively there is something very wrong with the situation we find ourselves in with this particular company.....
