What is the last day the funds/brokerages have to pump up stocks before quarterly statements are mailed out? This coming tuesday, wednesday?

I think the rally that began on thursday at 3pm was an orchestrated attempt to make terrible books look bad. Every single stock that went up was representative of the major holdings of most tech funds.
