Several sources publish spot market prices, among them necx.com. I'm not sure how reliable the spot market would be as an ASP indicator, though: it is a relatively small fraction, and tends to be even more volatile than the chip market as a whole.

The definitive source for most chip industry statistics is World Semiconductor Trade Statistics, which publishes its data through the SIA. (http://www.semichips.org) Their reports cost money, but someone (like the Commerce Department?) may publish the unanalyzed raw numbers for free.
