My hat is off to anyone who bought these companies. I only found out about it on Friday and was sorely tempted to buy at 9:30. I am still tempted by Glendale; if they truly receive 1.5 billion that would be about $38 a share; however, I also assume they set an extremely high figure as is common in these lawsuits. CNBC said they wanted to get damages decided in the next month (apparently the lower courts said this should be expidited); and I imagine the governement will settle for a lot less.
