Hmmmm....Let's see.

ARCI has 0.5% of used appliance sales/recycling market now......
Used appliance sales are very profitable.......
All 4 plants and 14 stores profitable, growing.......
If ARCI gets 3% of the $2B appliance sales/recycling market, they'll have $60M revs, up from $13M in CY97......
5%+ net margin gives $3M NI, or about $3.00 EPS.....
Once traded at $77, P/E of 55+ when growing fast in '92, after going public, and before utility deregulation uncertainties forced ARCI to change business model....
May get big new contract from CA PUC, which likes ARCI, the only big appliance recycler in the country, and in CA...
CEO and founder Jack wants 50 plants, and presumably 200 Encore stores nationwide eventually....

Hey, where's the competition? Mom and Pop?

Am I dreaming? Is this a potential 20-bagger from $3 in five years?
