How does Japan have a "massive trade superiority versus the US"?
I said they have a larger ship-building industry. They also fish far better. I think we need some help here.
Semiconductors and components, no. Communications equipment, no. Steel, no. Autos, no. Aircraft, engines, and avionics, no. Computers and communications equipment, no. Energy, God no. Recorded music, no. Filmed entertainment, no. Building supplies, no. Heavy equipment, no. Engineering and construction, no. Space, no.
When I was a kid growing up many small things were made in Japan. Now those items are made in China, by Chinese companies. If some Chinese company needs a plant, they just call Bechtel. |
