Hello Outer Limits, Agree with your sentiment on Qs and DIA. For Qs, think hair cut is almost done. Guessing 37-8 to be the turning point for Qs. On Dia, plan to add more shorts. By the way, do you know a way to short DIA without shorting it? (Like USPIX, inverse QQQ.)
