Find me one law firm that will take on a stock fraud manipulation case on a contingency fee retainer and I will work out a bonus for you. (providing of course I am not violating SI terms of use in that one time offer) You can't do it, I guarantee you can't do it. No law firm in their right mind (outside of Hollywood) would do it.

The fluorine piece was simply to show it is lethal and that I don't trust the government to administer chemicals to me.
I don't think you can sue mother nature, perhaps you could sue the government if they were aware of it and you could prove gross negligence.
