i understand the difference in the voting power......and yes if stock price is lower and the company has the same earnings, then the p/e would be lower........but why does "B" trade at a higher stock price? and are these both traded separately on the stock exchange? i believe so.....is there a relationship to each other in terms of stock price or do they flow with supply and demand like a company with only one stock outstanding? i am less knowledgeable at to this kind of thing and if someone could explain it, it would be helpful to us.......i own mcdta via emc plus independent purchases......thanks
