I read that F & M information with rapt attention. Perhaps, if we are lucky, we can get Joan to comment, unless she's wrapped up in her Australian vacation.

I would like to get some sort a source URL, if possible, for the information you've posted. Else some email addresses for the authors so I might contact them, TIA.

And I intend to take this information as provided to my people in the ag biz and see just what they have to say. My sense of what is going on in England and Europe is that there is a tremendous hysteria as regards the safety of meat products and that this hoof and mouth thing is part of a continuing effort at disinforming the miseducated public, much as the information you've provided would indicate.
