Dear Kevin: Yes, of course it is all the teachers, however, I think the Teachers Union has made it almost impossible currently to assure teachers are dedicated. I have heard that they actually ENCOURAGE the teachers to leave like at 2:45 and to contribute as little extra as possible?? My Aunt was a teacher and a dedicated one but that was over 50 years ago when she first started and times have changed. However, the STANDARDS for training for Teachers is substantially above that for private schools. IMHO. It boils down to ATTITUDE. JDN
