Ike, with the much vaunted (in the media) mark to market coming for Japan's banks next week, is this rally instructive on any meaningful level? I would think the funds that have been instructed to buy (if in fact they have) by the Government will be just as anxious to dump after the banks books are settled under the new regs...no?
