me think the worst is yet to come: I heard that with their largest customer in Europe BRCM hangs on to the GE Phy biz by throwing in up to 50% warrants to sweeten the deal against competition and maintain the contract at original price. If this info is correct, not only will the bottom line be affected: Unless the value of those warrants was already deferred against the ASPs the revenues as reported may be inflated out of proportion...
