I see the rise since then as a C until proven otherwise. I just did not think we would turn today.

It looks like tech is far enough along to turn but non-tech is lagging in this count. WHo knows though, may of these wedges may just morph into channels.

OT-Let me say that I hate the Oscars but Steve Martin had the line of the decade for me:
