Veritas Says First-Quarter Forecast Remains Intact

This is my first post on this thread. I am inquiring about the effect of Windows 2000 rampup will have on Vertias income. The backup applet included in Windows 2000 is much improved, including unattended backups. I believe it replaces the need for Backup Exec in most small office installations since that was the most aggreous problem with NT backup in 4.0. The only reason to buy backup exec for Windows 2000 would be for coordinated backup with multiple servers or email servers will many open files.
Since Vertias wrote both the orginial applet in Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000, it seems Microsoft is calling in all the cards, aka Cirtix and their terminal server applet, in Windows 2000. How much does small business tape backup market make up of the total sales.
