11:29 ET Lucent Tech (LU) 11.96 +0.34 (+2.9%): Hearing from sources at CIBC World Markets that company may have been awarded a contract by Dutch telecom firm KPN. Should the report prove true, would represent LU's first contract win in Europe for wireless equipment. CIBC estimates the value in the $800-$900 mln range. Expects to receive confirmation of contract when KPN reports earnings today.
