RINT: clean shell, low o/s

From a post on Yahoo, and same info on Raging Bull. I checked freeedgar and filings are up to date. management controls the majority of shares outstanding and there is a relatively small float. Would appear to be a good candidate if some one wanted to reverse merge into this shell.
**********************************************************************************************************************************
Low o/s

next to zero debt

no other liabilities

no litigation

next to zero operating costs (no business)

SEC filings up to date

Available for sale or r/m: At $0.08 (Friday's closing ask) this stock is very competitively
valued. Clean shells have an intrinsic value and go for about $350,000 to $750,000+;
the cleaner the shell, the higher the price. RINT has next to no debt and if you multiply
the o/s (4.6+ million) by the price you get $368,000 (and change); in the ballpark and on
the very cheap end considering zero debt. At the average upper end of clean shells ($750,000), RINT is easily
worth $0.163.

Considering the cost and time to take a company public, a r/m into a shell like RINT is a very attractive alternative.
Especially in this choppy market. Investment bankers are taking a closer look at underwriting new companies,
making it even harder to go public. The r/m is the way to go and private companies wanting to go public look at
companies like RINT.

SUMMARY: IMO, this is a premium asset just sitting there in a position to command a high price and incurring
virtually no costs in doing so. At current market cap, it could be bought for approx. $368,000. Or, RINT could sit
and hold out for $750,000, $1,000,000, or more. With inflation at under 4%, the TVM (time value of money) is
$14,720 annually on the $368,000 cap, plus another approx $15,000 to maintain status quo. Rather than sell for
$368,000, if Wendorf (CEO) held out for $1,000,000 for the next year then the return would be well over 100%
appreciation even after settling the minimal debt. Pretty good deal. Find the right company for a r/m, even better
deal!
