Martin, I want to clarify my post as just info to Carllos/us all since he posed the question of info that could have an impact on the stock price. The SEC web site states

{For example, it is
unlawful in certain situations for someone to sell securities to you while withholding important
information that could affect your investment decision, such as selling you stock in a company but
not disclosing to you that the business has no existing operations or selling a stock to you for ten
dollars per share when the seller knows the stock is worthless.}

I believe in keeping UPR happy and I'm sure they fit into "the certain situations" arena. In my attempt to not "blather on" about "look what I found" I am afraid my short post might have signaled SEC gloom and doom on our beloved stock and that was not my intention. I have high hopes and 37,200 shares that will stay long until we hit big, lose terribly or line up behind SOROS for legal retribution.
