Stephen, I thought about window-dressing ... but it seems a tad too early to me. I'm still guessing its just rotation out of tech ... and as such take it as a major negative if thats whats behind what appears to be a decent DJIA move. I agree its going down ............ bwdik .... Regards Stephen
