So you mean that we can surmise that the big block sells on BRCD down around 24.14 were what? Some money manager in panic or some hedge fund short selling into a new low? Two different emotions there. Maybe what you mean to say price action measures expectations for price. I sell because I expect the price to be lower, I buy because I expect the price to rise.

Sentiment or emotion follows price. To understand that, ask yourself how you feel when a position moves against you.
