Jade, perhaps I should clarify as well.

My query to the SEC (and all contributors to this thread) is to seek
a clear explanation of what a companies 'rights' are with regard to
"tight hole", in relationship to a shareholder's 'right' to know
material information. That is ALL at this point.

I do not believe it should be up to shareholder's to guess why UPR
is doing what it is doing. I believe our company owes us some
explanation, and soon. What happens if they do drill another 5, 10,
20 holes? And designate THEM as "tight"? Do we take solace in the
(perhaps logical) conclusion that there MUST be goodies or drilling
would have stopped? Or are we owed FACTUAL information? How many days,
weeks, months, do we wait? Cannot IMMM at least give us a date when
the results will be out?

Could you have seen Freeport / BREX declaring Busang drill results
"tight"? And asking the public to wait for "up to one year" for the
results? There are contributors to this thread connected to the oil/
gas exploration business. Are there not set guidelines about when/
where/how the "tight hole" designation can be used?
