I assume this means that friends of Openheimer are either still short QCOM, or ... not yet as long QCOM as they wish to be ... There is no way that anyone who has been listening to Qualcomm management (and -- who can think) could be confused as to whether or not things are going well right now (and, in the future) for Qualcomm.
