I think there's going to be a bunch of folks who will be glad to work at all if the economy doesn't turn around soon. It's becoming a corporate advantage rather than a employee advantage. The offers from new dotcoms and the like are non-existent. With the lack of venture cap, startups need to be self-financed for the most part. CSCO should probably forego options for employees for awhile.knc
