CSCO has about 0 sales to consumers. They sell to the folks who are getting hammered. The boss tells the CIO that we can make it another year with the infrastructure we already have. By the way I'm cutting your salary. It's kind of like a downward spiral until corporate profits recover or until they realize that they can do better with upgraded communications. I think they are near their low, but that's only because there's only 17 more points they can lose. I never thought I'd see CSCO in the same boat as LU, given they have been forthcoming in comparison to McGinn at LU.knc
