van, management teams are often the most gullible folks. the bottom line is the netscape deal was mostly stock (i don't know this, however i know how these deals get done and i bet it was mostly stock). iow, i'll buy your $10 million dog with my $10 million cat. not to mention that management teams get on the business a-go-go tide and try and surf it. dumb? yes. but, in the end, it is opm. btw, lay down some picks, bro. i'd like to see the result of your thought process.
