It's interesting Marty zwieg had a piece in Barrons showing these numerous indicators that almost all suggested we are in or headed for a recession based on past performance. He also noted the tremendous number of revisions done to GDP as far as a year out making it difficult to predict recession close to real time.

At the same time we have these Fed heads coming out now and making it seem like the economy is not too bad, spilling cold water on the idea of an aggressive inter-meeting cut. Also they had an analyst on CNBC who had spoken to CSCO and along with them guiding expectations down this analyst said, like we've been hearing from other techs, that business fell off a cliff and he sees a 25% chance CSCO could report a loss.

I wish we had some some good CTR in tech giving a chance to lighten up comfortably
