No, it's NOT a Home Project. Not not not. If it were, I wouldn't do it, because it would be hard and things would go wrong. It's just a table that would take a few minutes to paint. If someone who lives here hadn't put the WAX on it. And I like painting things. I like doing it more in the summer when I can do it out in the yard midst the ticks, but I have this urge. It's that or taxes. SAND it? You must be kidding. Does anybody else know whether ammonia will remove wax? I want it to because I have ammonia. If I have to go buy a specialty product, it will have become a Home Project.
