Lew makes some intersting points, but, frankly, they have been brought up many times before, too. It's summer, and that means reruns, on "both sides."

Thread drift is inevitable. No one likes to have their position attacked. People make independent and divergent decisions as to whom to respond to and "congregate" with (i.e. this thread does become more than a tad "cliquey" at times, on both sides of the fence).

Bottom line: we don't know a thing. The guys who do aren't talking -- much (a couple of press releases, that's all). This thread will be a time sink until there is substance.

I will save anyone the trouble of "Next-ing" me. With the exception of a commitment I made to another poster regarding the AGM, I will be trading in that other "golden" commodity. Whether I lurk depends on whether enough of the rest of us do the same, which I strongly recommend.
