AUSTIN, Feb. 26 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Mark Kitchens, former White House assistant press secretary to the president and director of Internet press, has joined Public Strategies Incorporated. Kitchens will focus on further integrating Internet technologies into PSI9s strategic communications and public affairs efforts.
