You need to inform yourself about what even the Bushies admit that the President is doing. Blaming the mesenger for the bad news doesn't work. washingtonpost.com White House Chief of Staff Andrew H. Card Jr. said yesterday that a "very dark cloud" hangs over the nation's economy, but he said President Bush's frequently pessimistic remarks had been designed to help the economy in the long run.
