Our Board appears to have turned to an absolute bear haven. History shows that it is usually indicative of an opposite happening. Instead we may see both the NAZ and the DOW trade between tight ranges. The NAZ 1800- 2300; the Dow 9000-11000. with swings (involving sector rotation ) in May and Oct. The SOX could be the first on the list for sector rotation.
